Yes. Export your active listings as a CSV from any property management software, then use our Import CSV tool. Our column-mapping UI lets you match your column names (e.g. "Monthly Rent", "# Beds") to our fields automatically or manually. Imports typically take under 2 minutes.
After registering, create a company account under Settings → Company. Then invite team members by email. Each agent gets their own login and can manage the listings assigned to them.

Yes. Every listing has an Apply button. Tenants fill out an application form you can customize, and you receive it instantly in your dashboard with a notification. You can approve, decline, or request more information right in the app.
